This morning we officially opened Oakleigh State School’s amazing new Multi-Purpose Hall.

In 2020 I promised to deliver a new hall for the school, and today, the hall is now a reality for staff, students and the whole school community.

It was also wonderful the school invited back past staff and parents who have been involved in the hall project from day one like past P&C President Emma Blanch and past Principal Suzanne Carstairs.

Thank you to Principal Glen O’Halloran, School Supervisor Evan Willis, Oakleigh State School P&C President Breanna Effeney and Education Minister John Paul John Paul Langbroek, it was a wonderful morning!
