Today we celebrated and honoured the career of Aunty Lesley who dedicated more than four decades of her life to public service.
I felt privileged to be present for the celebration today and to recognise her remarkable career and legacy.
Aunty Lesley’s autobiography Not Just Black or White, written with her daughter Tammy, is a remarkable read which I can highly recommend.
Congratulations Aunty Lesley on your well-earned retirement!
