There has been significant progress on the Transit Orientated Development in Ferny Grove recently.

Located at the Ferny Grove Railway Station and now going by the name, Ferny Grove Central, the project has hit several significant milestones in recent weeks.

• Western retail building is now ready for fitout by tenants
• Eastern retail building’s facade works are well advanced and service rough-ins are progressing well
• Completion of the slab infills on the eastern retail building finalise the structural pours in this building
• Samford Road works are continuing with the significant progress to Kedron Brook culvert works and mobilisation for major road works under way.
• Eastern retail building to be made watertight
• Tower crane on The Fernery leaving the site before Christmas

95% of the retail offerings have now been leased  all of the apartments in the Fernery (the residential component) have been sold. 

The project is due for practical completion late next year.
